make_resourceful 0.1.0 Release!

With about 5 minutes to spare to keep my promise to release today…. I am extremely proud to announce the release of make_resourceful 0.1.0! I have tagged this as a release in the repository, but I highly encourage people to use the /trunk for now, since this is still very, very alpha.

We are absolutely accepting patches and suggestions!
